Transportation Charges
For Buffet & Tea Reception Buffet,
- A transportation fees of $80.00 will be charged.
- Delivery Charge will be waived of orders above $1500.00 ( excluding GST & Delivery Charge ).
- We will provide the tables, table cloth skirting and warmers to put the food together with cutleries.
- Take note that food should be consumed within 3 hours on delivery.
- A grace period of ±30 minutes would should be expected for any delivery.
- Company reserves the right to replace any dishes due to non availability of the ingredients.
For Mini Buffet, Bento and Nasi Lemak Combo,
- A transportation fees of $30.00 will be charged.
- Delivery Charge will be waived of orders above $700.00 ( excluding GST & Delivery Charge ).
- A grace period of ±30 minutes would should be expected for any delivery.
- Company reserves the right to replace any dishes due to non availability of the ingredients.
Additional Charge
- A surcharge of $50.00 is applicable for deliveries to venue without Lift / Trolley Accessible for buffet.
- Delivery times before 08:00AM or after 08:00pm incurs an additional surcharge of $50.00.
A surcharge of $20.00 is applicable for the following areas:
1) Jurong Island
2) Sentosa Island
A surcharge of $10.00 is applicable for the following areas:
1) Tuas
2) Jurong West
3) Boon Lay
4) Kranji
5) Marsiling
6) Woodlands
7) Admiralty
8) Sambawang
Please allow ±30 minutes grace from the "Ready Time" for unforeseen circumstances (traffic jams, parking problems, etc).
Spice Village Catering Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for such instances.
- The management reserves the right to amend the invoice on-the-spot for the surcharge $50.00 manual deliveries if found to be Non Trolley Accessible/No Lift.
- Any delay cause by Non informing of the above Spice Village Catering Pte Ltd will not be help responsible.
- Latest collection for buffet is 10:00pm.
- For Buffet after 10:00pm before 11:29pm of $70.00 will be impose.
- From 11:30pm till 01:00am: $100.00 will be impose.
- For Buffet Collection the next day, there is a surcharge of $80.00.
- All extensions must be informed via telephone to the manager in charge before the agreed original collection time.
- If extension is only informed during the clearing time,
- Additional transport charge of $20.00/Hours will be imposed.
Rental of any equipment after the event is strictly Not Allowed.
All prices quoted are subject to the prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST).
Cancellation Policy
At Spice Village, we are committed to provide the highest quality Food and Services to our clients.We also understand that changes and cancellations are unavoidable.
As cancellations are costly to our operations, the following are minimum charges levied just enough to cover our losses should cancellations/changes become necessary.
All Cancellations must be communicated in writing or through e-mail to our Catering Sales Consultants.
Cancellations with < 24 hours notice : 100% of bill will be charged
Cancellations with < 48 hours notice : 80% of bill will be charged
Cancellations with < 72 hours notice : 50% of bill will be charged
Cancellations with < 5 days notice : 30% of bill will be charged
"All orders must be placed minimum 3 working days and strictly no changes allowed 2 working days prior to the event date."
We appreciate your patronage and understanding.
Set up and Pre-setting
- Buffet set up for landed property is strictly on ground level only.
- For big scale events, we reserve the right to do pre-setting at the venue before the event date.
- Should your event require Roller Top Chaffing dish, do note that there is a $5.00 per pax surcharge as these chaffing dishes requires extra manpower to deliver.
Warranty of Goods / Services
- All our products will last for 3 hours upon delivery under fair weather conditions, unless otherwise stated.
- Food is best consumed within 3 hours for regular buffet with warmers and within 1 hour for mini buffet in disposable containers.
Exchange & Refunds
- All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Payment
- Full payment must reach us at least 7 days before function date.
- Full payment must be made in advance for self collection orders.
- Do note that orders $1000, would require a 20% deposit. We would furnish you with our corporate bank account.
